Every participant of the festival explicitly acknowledges having read and agreeing to both the General Terms and Conditions of the event and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the purchase of his ticket. By purchasing a festival ticket, you explicitely agree that you as a visitor are bound by the General Terms and Conditions and Sales Conditions of the festival. Any violation of this regulation will be penalized.

Starter pack and token tickets can only be purchased by persons who meet the legal requirements to consume an alcoholic drink. For consumption during the Zythos Beer Festival (in Belgium), this means that these people have a minimum age of 16 years.

Our prices are those indicated at the ticket sales on our website. These prices are always stated in Euro, including VAT, taxes and service costs.

All tickets ordered will be sent to you electronically to the email address provided while ordering. This means that you will receive a PDF file.

The purchase is final once payment has been completed and this means that the ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

The tickets are not registered and may possibly be passed on to another person who is of legal drinking age.

As a buyer, you are obliged to carefully examine the email after receipt for possible errors on our part. If we have provided our services defectively, you as a buyer have seven (7) days to report this. This must always be done in writing and with reasons to the customer service of the festival via info@zbf.be. If your report/complaint is declared admissible, we will of course rectify our mistake. If you fail to submit a substantiated complaint within the given term, your right will lapse.

The ticket is to be shown to be allowed entrance at the festival. 

As a consumer you do not have the right to cancel the purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply here because it concerns a service for leisure activities or the reservation of the tickets, which is also carried out immediately.

By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, you explicitely declare as a consumer that you are no longer entitled to the right of withdrawal as soon as Zythos vzw has performed the agreement.

Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of cancellation or limited capacity due to possible corona measures. In case of cancellation of the festival, the refund will be made according to the legal provisions, by our online ticketing partner, and exclusively to the account used for the payment.

Of course, we must always take into account the then applicable COVID restrictions. 

Any falsification of tickets will give rise to criminal prosecution.

No ticket will be refunded or replaced.

Only the first provider of the original festival ticket will be granted access to the festival. So make sure that no one can copy your festival ticket.

Changes to the programming will in no case give rise to a full or partial refund. In case of force majeure, the organizer cannot be held liable.

Zythos vzw reserves the right to deny access to the festival to anyone in the event that circumstances justify this. If you do not comply with these regulations, you are always solely liable. You must guarantee any damage to Zythos Beer festival or third parties as a result of non-compliance with these regulations. Zythos vzw also reserves the right to take the necessary legal measures itself
