With public transport
The NMBS railway station of Kortrijk is located at the intersection of several direct railway lines:
From the Netherlands via Rotterdam, Antwerp, Sint-Niklaas and Ghent
From Ostend, Bruges, Ypres, Adinkerke, Koksijde
From Mechelen, Dendermonde, Wetteren
From France, Lille e.t.c.
Go under the tracks to the rear of the station. Take a right here to point 3 (498m)
!!! Attention, do not take the bicycle path (Guldenspoorpad), otherwise you will walk a whole detour.
At point 3, go straught on (Minister Vanden Peereboomlaan) to point 4
At round point 5, just go straight ahead into the Weggevoerdenlaan
to the number 5 B.1 (point 5) (584.5m)
From here you follow a signposted route of 380m to the entrance of the hall.
By car
Kortrijk is connected to the rest of the country by a lot of highways.
The E17 from France and/or from the Netherlands, Antwerp, Sint-Niklaas & Ghent
The A19 from Ypres and the west corner
The E403 from the coastal region, Bruges and the rest of West Flanders
The E403 from Hainaut, Tournai, Mons and Wallonia
The E429 from Halle and the south side of Brussels
Coming via the E19 from Ghent
Take exit 2 Hoog Kortrijk
Follow R8 Kortrijk
Change track section and follow R8 Kortrijk
Follow Kortrijk-Centre
Continue straight ahead until the roundabout of the Burgemeester Felix De Bethunelaan. Turn left here into the Weggevoerdenlaan. On the left you will find the entrance to our ZYTHOS beer festival
Coming via the E19 from France & Lille
On the E19 take the exit to R8 Kortrijk
Always follow R8 Kortrijk
Follow R8 Kortrijk-Centre
Keep following the direction of Kortrijk-Centrum. Continue straight ahead until the roundabout of the Burgemeester Felix De Bethunelaan. Turn left here into the Weggevoerdenlaan. On the left you will find the entrance to our ZYTHOS beer festival
Coming from the E403 from Bruges and the coastal region
On the E403 at the Moorsele intersection go towards R8 Kortrijk
At the exit keep following the direction R8 Kortrijk
Join the A19 by choosing R8 Kortrijk again. See further below
Coming via the A19 from Ypres and the Westhoek
On the A19 keep following the direction Kortrijk-Zuid
Choose exit 12 Marke for leaving the R8
Follow direction ‘Centrum’
At the end of the exit, turn left towards Centrum – Pottelberg
430m further on an intersection with traffic lights, turn left into the ‘English Wandelweg’.
Continue straight ahead on this lane. After 1.05km you will automatically arrive at the Weggevoerdenlaan and at the entrance of our Zythos Bierfestival
Make sure you also have a responsible driver at your disposal.
Parking Visitors
First of all, there is a free car park (220 spaces) on the Weggevoerdenlaan, opposite the entrance to the site.
If this location above is full, there is a 2nd free parking (100 places) through the gates at Pottelberg 26 (rear of the site)
